The plant in the Moscow region did not manage to fulfill the annual state order for the production of Kh-32 cruise missiles.
Agents of the Atesh movement “at the Dubna Machine-Building Plant in the Moscow region, they gained access to documentation and valuable information of the enterprise. In particular, the partisans learned secret information about the problems of the Russians in the production of cruise missiles.
The Atesh movement reported this on the Internet.
They reported that the Dubna Machine-Building Plant did not have time to fulfill the annual state order for the production of Kh-32 cruise missiles. Thus, the plant was supposed to produce 80 missiles by November 10, but actually produced only 61. A source from the plant’s management said that the state order exceeded the plant’s capabilities by more than three times.
At the request of the plant management the missile production dates were postponed until the end of December 2023. There is a task to produce 19 more missiles.

Atesh found out that these missiles are being supplied to the 52nd Heavy Bomber Aviation Regiment: military unit 33310, Shaikovka and h 35020-B of the Belaya garrison. Both military units are armed with Tu-22M3M bombers, specially converted from Tu-22M3 to launch Kh-32 missiles.
“We will work hard to reduce Russia’s ability to produce weapons and continue to wage war against Ukraine,” the motion emphasized.
Recall that earlier the speaker of the Air Force Yuri Ignat warned that the Russians are accumulating different types of missiles, including ballistic ones, for attacks on Ukraine.
