Deputies of the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg at a meeting on April 14 supported the federal initiative to block sites containing information about potent and toxic substances.
It is proposed to give the authority to restrict access to such resources to Roskomnadzor.
The authors of the bill are deputies from United Russia Denis Chetyrbok and Anastasia Melnikova.
They believe that there is too much information on the Internet about the manufacture of all kinds of substances. Including parliamentarians worried about the proliferation of steroids, popular among bodybuilders.
