At the International Space Station (ISS), the “Electron-VM” oxygen production system was switched off again. This was announced by the crew of the station during negotiations with the Earth, reports “Interfax” on Saturday, December 12.

“Electron went offline not because of problems with power supply, but because of problems with oxygen pressure,” cosmonaut Sergei Ryzhikov said. He added that the crash occurred at 11:50 am.

Earlier, the oxygen production system on the ISS failed on October 15. Similar incidents happen on the ISS, there are supplies at the station. The American segment is equipped with its own oxygen production system.
