Unit 731
In 1932, a detachment number 731 was created as part of the Japanese armed forces under the leadership of the Japanese biologist Shiro Ishii. The main task of the unit was to experiment on people with the aim of creating biological weapons. The experience of this team can be called inhuman.
People were dissected under local anesthesia, removing almost all of the organs. Others were placed in a pressure chamber and, pumping out the air, recorded the process of the subject's agony. Scientists have observed the development of gangrene and infected with anthrax, plague, typhus, tuberculosis and cholera.

One day, the parents of Bruce Reimer approached the psychologist John Money with a very delicate problem. The child underwent unsuccessful circumcision and the genitals were damaged.
The doctor decided to conduct a crazy experience and change the sex of the child. The baby's testicles were removed and then estrogens were given. The doctor wrote success reports stating that “the child behaves like an active little girl.” At the same time, Bruce-Brenda's parents did not cope, his father began to drink, and his brother became depressed.
Brenda felt that something was wrong with her. At some point, she found out the truth, gave up the pills and made the opposite transition. Syphilis research
The medical experiment lasted from 1932 to 1972 and took place in Tuskegee, Alabama. Its organizers decided to study the stages of development of syphilis.
The test subjects were black residents of the city. Doctors carefully recorded the symptoms of the infected, but did not give medicine. Moreover, doctors withheld information that syphilis could be cured.
As a result, families in Tuskegee were dying of syphilis when the rest of the world could cope with the disease long ago. The experiment has been called the most infamous chapter in the history of American research.
