The COVID-19 pandemic has been better managed by countries ruled by women. This was told by the chairman of the Center for Liberal Strategies (Sofia), a researcher at the Institute of Humanities (Vienna) Ivan Krastev, he is quoted by RIA Novosti.
“This is an important circumstance, empirically it is. Regardless of the correlation, the countries that [are] headed by women were different from those that were headed by men, especially those who wanted to [look] strong, ”he stressed.
The expert explained that women did not perceive the pandemic as a war and used a completely different language to solve the problem. Men, in turn, spoke of the virus as an enemy to be defeated: however, this did not help in confronting the infection. Krastev also listed which states he has in mind. Examples include New Zealand, Germany and Denmark.
