The Far Eastern Foundation for High Technologies presented the report of a study carried out in 67 regions of Russia. In total, 1,000 respondents were polled on the topic of Internet services in demand among the population.
As it turned out, the most unpopular among Russians were services in the field of tourism and education – only 3% of the respondents had ever used them. The importance of developing parking services and, in general, related to transport, was expressed by 12% and 11% of respondents. Garbage disposal services turned out to be the leader in terms of demand – 17.2% of Russians regularly use them.
It is noted that 39% of Russians regard public services as the most developed, slightly fewer respondents positively assess the services of “smart” city lighting for themselves – 20%.
The report also provides an anti-rating: 62% of respondents assess negatively the social cards of a resident of the region, and 64% have the same opinion about services and the quality of waste management services.
