In Kharkov, on January 4, on Gagarin Avenue, the wall of a four-story building collapsed. The very moment of the collapse was captured on video.
According to the police, the building, which housed the office premises, was prepared for demolition and was not used.

The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to five years with the deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years.
