The Khmelnytsky City District Court sentenced a 42-year-old man to life imprisonment. Six years ago, he brutally murdered his wife and her 10-year-old daughter.
Terrible events began in Khmelnytsky in the winter of 2015. Then the defendant met a woman: after feelings arose between them, the couple decided to live together.
Within a few months, relations between the roommates worsened. The husband carefully prepared for the murder of his beloved: he offered to go to Kiev together, but on the way they got off the bus and went for a walk in the forest.
There is a 42-year-old man without warning shot her. He prudently hid the weapon in the forest belt.
The massacre of the girl
After the perfect murder, the man decided not to stop. By that time, he already had a mistress, and together with her he planned the massacre of a 10-year-old girl who was left without a mother.
Two days after the murder, the man visited his grandmother schoolgirls. Under the pretext of a vacation trip he took the child with him.
The three of them went to the Krasilovsky district, where, together with his mistress, they strangled the girl. Child corpse locals found only a month later.
The killer was punished
On the trail of the 42-year-old man's accomplice, law enforcement officers came out after a whole complex of operational-search measures.
During interrogation, the woman admitted that she and her lover killed 10 -year-old girl. For the perfect court sent her to jail for ten years.
The main suspect was found and detained by the police in Kiev. On December 22, he was found guilty under five articles – part 1 of Art. 115, o.p. 2, 6, 9, 12, 13 h. 2 tbsp. 115, part 3 of Art. 146, part 4 of Art. 187, part 1 of Art. 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The man will spend the rest of his life in prison. After the announcement of the verdict, he rude to the judge and refused to comment on what he had done.
