The Ministry of Digital Development plans to actively introduce voice assistants on the State Service portal. It is assumed that they will be used to perform simple functions of users of the resource.
One of such projects will be the digital robot assistant Max, some of whose functions were added the day before to the virtual assistants Salute from Sberbank. Deputy head of the department Dmitry Oguryaev told about this.
“Strategically, the Max robot is being developed as a universal technology that will take over routine operations … The Ministry of Digital Industry, together with a number of pilot departments, plans to begin an active expansion of this technology by 2022,” he told Rossiyskaya Gazeta.
Earlier it was reported that in 2021 the Russian government plans to launch six new super services on the State Services portal. So, for Russians will be available “Notification and appeal of fines for violation of traffic rules online”, “Justice online”, “Birth of a child”, as well as “Loss of a loved one”, “Labor migration online”, “My health online.
