The Ministry of Internal Affairs, together with the Bank of Russia and Roskomnadzor, are planning to create a single database of calls from telephone scammers. Departments have already created a working group that is working on the main issues on the way to this goal.
As Grigory Matusevich, senior operative of the Bureau of Special Technical Measures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, said at the round table of the ONF, at the moment the working group has just begun to solve the problem. Writes about this TASS.
“There are a lot of questions related to the transfer of personal data. About what information should be transferred to whom. We are only at the beginning of the journey,” Matusevich said.

Now, when the attacker calls, the victim's phone displays the mobile number of a friend or relative. Moreover, using deep fake technology, fraudsters can even use the voice of the owner of the incoming number.
