The Ministry of Internal Affairs asks the citizens of Ukraine for help with the search for a 20-year-old soldier of the National Guard, who shot a guard of servicemen on the night of January 27.
The appeal to the Ukrainians was voiced by the press secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Alena Matveeva.
– If you know any information about the location of the wanted person, please call 102, – urged the press secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Recall that at 03.40 on January 27 in Dnipro on the territory of the Yuzhmash Southern Machine-Building Plant, 20-year-old conscript soldier Artemiy Ryabchuk shot a guard of National Guard soldiers with a Kalashnikov assault rifle and escaped.
The shooting in the Dnieper occurred during the issuance of weapons.
Five people were killed and five others were injured.
A police operation Siren has been introduced in the city. The personnel of the National Police and National Guard units have been alerted.
