The Ministry of Education published guidelines for organizing actions in a crisis situation, in which it indicated the need to develop an emergency plan in schools and universities. The document is posted on the department's website.

“Every educational organization is recommended to have an emergency plan,” the document says.

The plan is aimed at ensuring the physical, psychological safety and well-being of students and employees, and is specified in the recommendations.
