It was reported that in the period from August 9 to 25, 2022, an operational-tactical exercise with live fire will be held with the Air Force and Air Defense Forces.
The exercises, according to the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Belarus, are held in two stages: from 9 to 11 August – in the areas of the exercise on the territory of the Republic of Belarus and from August 22 to 25 – within the boundaries of the territory and airspace of the Ashuluk training ground.
Perhaps these exercises should take place in the flight restriction zones: the south of Belarus, as well as two additional zones, which are located in the north-eastern part of Bobruisk (Mogilev region) and in the south-eastern part of Polotsk (Vitebsk region).
“According to this logic, Zyabrovka is just right, but at the same time, the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Belarus did not report the exact locations of these exercises on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, nor at what time of the day they are planned,” the message says.
Thus , at the moment, it is not known for sure whether the outbreaks in the area of the Zyabrovka airfield are related to these exercises or not.
At the same time, Aleksey Kopytko, adviser to the Minister of Defense, is trying to assure the public that any ” Claps” occur precisely within the framework of the previously announced exercises.
Note that on July 7, Deputy Head of the Main Operational Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Aleksey Gromov said that Belarus had given the Zyabrovka airfield under the control of the Russian Federation.
