The Zavet-D complex was developed by the Penza enterprise Rubin, which is part of Rostec. He received the latest equipment that allows him to reliably detect and identify various targets, including camouflaged ones.
“Thanks to this, the effectiveness of the use of artillery units of the Airborne Forces, which are armed with self-propelled guns 2S9” Nona-S “, 2S9-1” Sviristelka “, 2S9-1M” Nona-SM “, should increase, and in the future – the newest 2C42” Lotos “, – said a source.
Zavet-D will replace the Reostat, a mobile reconnaissance and fire control station for artillery, providing a new level of interaction between artillery and drones of various classes.
