A minor Ksenia Timchenko, who participated in the brutal beating of schoolgirls in Zaporozhye, was arrested.
The measure of restraint in the form of detention in custody until February 5, 2022 was approved by the Shevchenko District Court of the city.
It is noted that the girl's lawyer asked the judge to send her under round-the-clock house arrest.
In general, the suspicion of Part 2 of Art. 296 (Hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine was reported to four underage girls.
The prosecutor in the case emphasized that it was Timchenko who was the organizer and the most active participant in the fight. That is why her actions are additionally qualified under Part 2 of Art. 189 (Demand for funds) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The police are also conducting an investigation under Part 3 of Art. 300 (Production and distribution of video products promoting the cult of violence and cruelty) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
