According to him, the US could also present several variants of their vaccines this week, but still not fully confident in their effectiveness and safety. He stated that the use of the drug that has not fully passed all the necessary tests may not only have the desired effect, but also hurt more people.

On 11 August it became known about the first Russian vaccine against the coronavirus. This was announced by President Vladimir Putin, stressing that Russia became the first country in the world to develop and register such drug.
In circulation, the vaccine will be available in January 2021. It is expected that it will be called “Satellite V” and provide immunity to the coronavirus in the past two years.
