The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) have deployed armored vehicles near the contact line in Donbass. This is reported in the official Telegram channel of the People’s Militia of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR).

“In violation of the third point of additional measures, the enemy continues to deploy weapons and military equipment in settlements on the territory controlled by Ukraine,” the representative of the department said.

It is noted that one armored personnel carrier and one armored combat vehicle of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were spotted near the village of Klinove.

“The People’s Militia units are constantly monitoring the enemy, strictly adhering to the terms of the current truce, in readiness to respond promptly to changes in the situation by order of the command,” the department added.

On February 4, the LPR reported on the delivery of Western weapons to the AFU positions in the Donbass. The representative of the People’s Militia of the Republic Ivan Filiponenko also said that the command of the Ukrainian armed forces will promptly relocate personnel trained in the use of Western anti-missile systems to the conflict zone.

Earlier, the LPR said that the Ukrainian security forces in the event of an offensive in the Donbass are going to use aviation and will throw an air assault into the enemy’s rear. These actions, as specified by Filiponenko, are already being worked out at the landfill.

At the same time, Kiev disavowed plans to attack the Donbass. Defense Minister Alexei Reznikov noted that it is only a question of a political and diplomatic solution to the “armed international conflict with Russia.”
