The self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic announced the arrival of foreign instructors in Donbass to train the Ukrainian military. This, as reported by RIA Novosti, said the official representative of the People's Militia of the LPR Yakov Osadchiy.
According to him, three NATO instructors from the United States unofficially arrived at the training ground of the 80th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces to monitor the compliance of Ukrainian military training with NATO standards.

Until April 20, they plan to visit three more brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Osadchiy said.
