Part of Russian Belgorod was left without electricity after a missile attack, said the mayor of the city, Valentin Demidov.

“In Belgorod, there is an emergency power outage on Vatutina Avenue and Gubkin Street. Energy workers are already switching to temporary schemes,” the mayor wrote.
