The leader of the Nazi group “Rusich” will remain in custody in Finland

by alex

Previously, the local court released the Nazi, but he was instantly detained by border guards.

On December 11, the Finnish court decided to extend his detention Russian, leader of the Nazi group “Rusich” Vojislav Torden (Jan Petrovsky), suspected of terrorist crimes in Ukraine.

This is reported by Yle.

The Finnish border service demanded that Torden be kept in custody. It is reported that the court did not name the suspect, but, according to the publication, we are talking specifically about the leader of the Rusich group.

Recall that on December 8, the Supreme Court of Finland refused to extradite Torden's Ukraine for his trial due to allegedly poor prison conditions in the country. At the same time, the court decided to immediately release Petrovsky from custody.

However, the Finnish Border Guard immediately took Torden back into custody under the Aliens Act.

Note that the Rusich group founded by Torden is suspected of terrorist crimes in Ukraine, therefore the state demands the extradition of the Russian. He was arrested in July 2023 at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. The man is on the EU sanctions list under his previous name and is banned from entering Finland.
