Leading lawyer of the Eurasian Legal Association “Senator” Yuri Zakharov warned Russians about a new tax deduction for sports, which can be obtained from January 1, 2022. He told the Prime agency that citizens will be able to return up to 15.6 thousand rubles.
Zakharov noted that a citizen who has reached 18 years of age has the right to deduction and pays personal income tax.
“The Russians will have the right to save 13 percent of the cost of paid services, but the limit for these needs, which also includes the cost of treatment, education, insurance and pension contributions, is no more than 120 thousand rubles a year. Thus, you can save up to a maximum of 15,600 rubles, ”the lawyer explained.
Earlier, the Russians were told that the Pension Fund of Russia (PFR) from 2022 will begin to simplify the receipt of payments by requesting the necessary information and data from other departments, gradually relieving citizens of the obligation to collect documents on their own.
