Founded in 1994, 3dfx Interactive was the pioneer and founder of the GPU market, but in the early 2000s, due to the crisis, it ceased operations. Now the media writes that 3dfx is preparing a triumphant return.
Evidence of this was found on the 3dfx Interactive Twitter page. The account was registered in July and claims to be the company's official website.
One of the Twitter posts reads: “3dfx Interactive is back 20 years later. Get ready for a big announcement of our return on Thursday! ” In other tweets, the company asked if anyone would like to see its graphics card and stated that the presentation of the new product will take place on August 5, 2021.
For now, one can only guess if this is not a fake.
