According to Bloomberg, we are talking about tests for smoking marijuana. This is due to the fact that such “tests” lead to the loss of up to 30% of potential employees. At the same time, “a statement on the abolition of screening for this drug” can attract 400% more responses to vacancies, according to Amazon.
Interestingly, despite the openness of the company itself regarding the admission of drivers who smoke marijuana, many of its partners are “afraid to remove screening” for this type of drug. This is due not only to the fear of fines in those states where the drug is not legalized, but also irresponsibility on the part of the drivers themselves.
