The Kinoekipazh, which has arrived at the International Space Station, will begin filming the first feature film in orbit today. This follows from the negotiations of the astronauts with the Earth, broadcast by NASA.
Recall that the Soyuz-2.1a launch vehicle with the Soyuz MS-19 spacecraft was launched the day before at 11:55 Moscow time. On board the ship were Russian cosmonaut Anton Shkaplerov, actress Yulia Peresild and director Klim Shipenko. On Tuesday evening, Soyuz MS-19 flew to the ISS and docked to the Rassvet module. In orbit Peresild and Shipenko will shoot the feature film “Challenge”. The actress and director will return to earth on October 17.
