Bostanov, suspected of killing a tourist from Moscow in Karachay-Cherkessia, surrendered to police

Abdullah Bostanov, a resident of Karachay-Cherkessia, suspected of killing a Moscow tourist in the republic, has surrendered to the police. He contacted the internal affairs department and confessed to the murder, Baza reports on his Telegram channel.
Bostanov said he was ready to be punished and compensate for the loss of the victim's relatives. The second suspect, Ruslan Uzdenov, also appeared at the police department. It is specified that traces of beatings were visible on his face and body. According to Uzdenov, he was injured during a clash with tourists.
The suspect also said that the conflict began after he and Bostonov made a remark to a visitor who went to the toilet on the side of the road. “We told him that he would not behave like this in front of his mother, but he said that he would,” Uzdenov said.
The conflict between tourists and local residents occurred on February 17. 33-year-old Bostanov killed Oleg Albegov, a visitor from Moscow, who stopped on the side of the road to go to the toilet. After the incident, the suspects fled the scene. The suspect in the murder was put on the wanted list.
