The Russian army fired cluster bombs at the village of Kazachya Lopan in the Kharkov region. As a result, at least six people died, data on the number of injured are being investigated.
– The invaders bombed the railway station, shops, pharmacies and other civilian buildings in the center of the village.
At the same time, the military infrastructure that the invaders placed in Kazachya, as well as the Russian military, were not damaged, & #8212; said the head of the Dergachevsky community, Vyacheslav Zadorenko, on Facebook.
Cluster shells are a very dangerous weapon banned by the 2008 Dublin Convention. It is with them that the enemies are now bombing Kharkov, Dergachi and many other cities of Ukraine.
Zadorenko notes that all this indicates a deliberate cynical provocation by the Kremlin invaders in order to blame the Ukrainian side, sow panic and hatred of the local population towards the Armed Forces of Ukraine .
