The giant inflatable moon scared the Chinese

A giant inflatable moon rolled away from the Mid-Autumn Festival, causing riots on the street. The video of the incident is published by Sky News Arabia.

Mid-Autumn Festival is widely celebrated in China. This event is also known as the Full Moon Festival as the celebration always falls on the full moon. The Chinese admire the full moon and treat each other with special “moon cakes”.

In 2021, the holiday fell on September 20. On this occasion, processions and parades were organized in many cities and provinces. A giant inflatable moon props escaped from one such celebration in Henan province.

A ball in the form of an Earth satellite rolled through the streets of the city while two men tried unsuccessfully to catch it. Luna caused a burly accident and also blocked traffic on a short stretch. Eyewitnesses claim that the ball was the size of a three-story building.

Under the YouTube video, commentators compare the escaped moon to Kolobok.

I am a brown bear !: “The bun rolled along the road!”

Others joke that the moon was at rest:

Life Props: “I have not seen the moon for a week, only rains, but it turns out that they are engaged in restoration …”.

Some commentators wrote that they had already seen something like this. Indeed, this is not the first time such an incident has happened in China. In 2016, another moon flew away from a festival in Fuzhou downtown in Fujian province. The props fell off the cable due to the wind caused by the typhoon. The balloon flying through the streets also caused havoc on the streets by crashing into cars.

In Germany, an ordinary cleaning lady found one of the largest treasures in history. The value of the find was several million euros.
