The Ministry of the Interior of the Federal Republic of Germany noted the growth of radicalization of protests against the “antiquated” restrictions in Germany. RIA Novosti writes about it.

In addition, the department noted the growing violence during the mass actions of opponents of restrictive measures. The briefing of the representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany was held following the results of thousands of protests that took place on December 28 in many regions of Germany.

As it became known earlier, the protests began due to coronavirus restrictions and mandatory vaccinations. According to the police, about 15 thousand protesters gathered in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, while in Rostock officials counted about 6,500 participants. In Schwerin, about 2,700 residents took part in the action, and in Neubrandenburg about 2,400 people.
