Sergei Ryabkov: Russia's proposals on security guarantees were heard in all NATO countries

Russia’s proposals on security guarantees in Europe were heard in Washington, Kiev, and in the capitals of NATO countries. This was stated by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergei Ryabkov in an interview with the International Affairs magazine.
“We now insist on obtaining legal, legally binding guarantees of security, as has been stated by President [Vladimir Putin] on numerous occasions. Everyone heard the president – both here and abroad, in Washington, Kiev, NATO capitals – anywhere, ”the diplomat said.
