The first Center for Legal Assistance to Citizens in the Digital Environment has appeared in Russia, which will help citizens whose personal data has been illegally used. This was reported by the press service of the Main Radio Frequency Center (GRCHTs), reports TASS.
It is noted that the specialists of the center will protect the right of citizens to privacy, honor, dignity and business reputation in the digital environment.
Citizens' appeals will begin to be considered this year. The center will be engaged in legal advice, preparation of complaints to various instances, the formation of a statement of claim, representation of the interests of the victim in court.
Earlier, the expert talked about a new way to steal personal data on State Services. The Russians began to receive notifications allegedly from the portal about detachment from the clinic due to a technical failure. Fraudsters immediately offer to re-register with the payment of a fee.
