The famous German tennis player Boris Becker in the past put up a villa for sale in his hometown of Leimen. An unusual condition of the deal was the desire of the athlete to sell the house together with his 85-year-old mother Elvira Becker, who lives there, writes the RNZ edition.
The area of the house is 449 square meters, and the territory is 825 square meters. Becker wants to receive 1.97 million euros for the villa. The buyer, according to the terms of the proposed contract, does not have the right to evict the woman before her death.
