The footage shows a man leading a robop dog on a leash, similar to the development of the famous Boston Dynamics. However, judging by the coloring, this is its Chinese counterpart Uni3.

It is reported that two such dogs roam the northern capital with their owners. Their names are Belka and Strelka, their full-fledged home is Skolkovo. They are being tested in St. Petersburg.
