The expert told how to come up with a strong password
The most reliable passwords for social networks and e-mail are combinations based on a passphrase, NSN reports with reference to Evgeny Yushchuk, a member of the International Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals SCIP.
According to the expert, cybersecurity experts advise using complex and long passwords using numbers and different symbols. However, the owner himself can easily forget such a password.
“I would build the combination on a passphrase that you know well. Relatively speaking, you can make a password “where I am going with Piglet is a big, big secret.” In this case, replace the letter “o” with zero, and the letter “a” with “@” and put an exclamation mark at the end, “Yushchuk advised.
He also noted that it is almost impossible to crack such a password using the brute-force principle.
Earlier, experts said that the most popular passwords in 2020 were sequences of numbers and letters. Code 123456 became the leader.
