Because of the threat of sanctions, China is unlikely to decide to transfer its kamikaze drones to Russia.
Attempt the supply of Chinese drones to the aggressor state will result in sanctions from the United States and the European Union, which, due to the large trade turnover between these countries, will be very painful for China.
This opinion was expressed by military expert Oleg Zhdanov.
According to According to him, it is known that China is considering the possibility of supplying kamikaze drones to Russia. But the expert believes that an attempt to transfer such weapons is unlikely.
“If Iran has already realized that it is better not to supply drones to Russia, then China will not supply them. Or provide the first batch of 100 pieces and then the US and Europe will have reason to “tighten the screws” to China. That is, to impose sanctions against China, which will be a catastrophe for China economically and financially,” Zhdanov noted.
The expert stressed that the trade turnover between China and the United States and Europe is too large for the authorities of this country to decide on such a risk.
According to Zhdanov, hypothetically, China could supply Russia not only with drones, but also armored personnel carriers and tanks, of which there are quite a lot in this country and they are all made according to Soviet models.
“If these weapons got to Russia, it would be very difficult for us. 400 thousand on tanks and transporters – it would be unbearable for us to grind such an army even with Western weapons,” the expert noted.
Recall, China is negotiating with Russia for the supply of kamikaze drones, although the United States and Germany warned Beijing not to supply weapons to the Russian Federation.
