Associate Professor of the Department of Informatics of the PRUE Plekhanov, Alexander Timofeev, in an interview with the Prime agency, urged Russians to remove several applications from the smartphone's memory.
According to him, this must be done if the gadget starts to work slower. Then it is worth clearing the RAM to protect it. The easiest way to get your phone back to speed is to use the built-in memory cleaner in system settings.
“Since the memory in the phone is one operative and the other permanent, they are separated in the settings. Quite often, the memory is clogged with media files from instant messengers, ”said the expert. He explained that in this case, you can turn off the automatic download of media files in the settings.
There are also many applications that help the memory of the device. However, when using them, you can catch a virus.
The expert first of all advises to clear the cache of simultaneously running applications. In addition, you should often clear the cache and history in the browser, as well as SMS.
Earlier, expert Zach Doffman urged smartphone users to remove eight dangerous applications. Apps from the Google Play Store that contain malware include Cake VPN, eVPN, Pacific VPN, QR / Barcode Scanner MAX, BeatPlayer, Music Player, tooltipnatorlibrary, and QRecorder. The danger of these apps, Doffman says, is that they can steal a user's bank details and bypass two-factor authentication.
