~6 0~p>Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas ironically responded to the statement of an anonymous European official that she "eats Russians for breakfast".
The Western publication Politico, citing an unnamed European official, wrote that the EU does not want to see Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas as head of European diplomacy because she “likes to eat Russians for breakfast.”
So, an anonymous EU official said the idea of Callas becoming the EU's top diplomat “remains sensitive” in some EU capitals.
“I don't see France and Germany agreeing to this for the same reasons she wasn't an option for the NATO job. Are we really going to put in this position a man who likes to eat Russians for breakfast ?” – Politico quoted the diplomat as saying.
After this, Kaya Callas published a photo of her breakfast on X. It shows granola with yogurt, berries and tea. “My breakfast, dear Politico readers,” she ironically captioned the photo.

Recall that earlier Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas called on Europe to “act immediately” to help Ukraine. She expressed hope that the example of Denmark, which decided to send all its ammunition to Ukraine, will inspire other European countries.
