The leaders of the EU countries agreed on the 12th package of sanctions against Russia. It may relate to the export of welding machines, chemicals, defense technology and software licensing.

This was announced by the head of the Public Administration Andrey Ermak.

“It is very important that it is planned to introduce an embargo on Russian diamonds. There is hope that it should be officially adopted in the coming days,” he said.
