The doctor noted that it is extremely important to monitor not only the diet, but also the breaks between meals.
“A person should eat no earlier than three hours from the previous meal and no later than five hours,” – quotes the physician “Rossiyskaya Gazeta”. The doctor emphasized that fasting for more than five hours leads to the activation of lipoprotein lipase in the body. It monitors nutrient levels. If they do not enter the body for a long time, then lipoproteinplase increases activity in adipose tissue and begins to form fat reserves.
