Radio Sputnik interviewed Yelena Solomatina, a nutritionist, in which she reported on a drink that strengthens the immune system.
The specialist revealed in the conversation the benefits of kefir. According to her, with the help of this drink, you can avoid the effects of overeating. So, after dense feasts with kebabs, or other heavy food, the doctor recommended arranging fasting days, drinking a liter of kefir throughout the day. At the same time, Solomatina drew attention to the fact that this method should not be abused – it can be done no more than once a week.
Among other things, the nutritionist noted that kefir has a positive effect on the functioning of the body's immune system. It would be useful to consume one glass of this drink per day.
“ 70 percent of our immunity is concentrated in the intestines and depends on the state of the microbiota, which is directly affected by kefir. Kefir is a probiotic, it carries the necessary bacteria that help our immunity and determine the body's ability to cope with pathogenic flora, ”the doctor said.
