As of the morning of December 7, in the mountains of Transcarpathia, the search continues for a 50-year-old tourist who disappeared while riding with friends on snowmobiles on Saturday, December 4.
Searches are hampered by weather conditions. If they improve, the rescuers plan to involve a MI-8 helicopter.
Now about 50 State Emergency Service fighters, 11 units of special equipment from mountain search and rescue departments of the Transcarpathian region are looking for the missing man.

On Saturday, December 4, a tourist disappeared in the Carpathians on the Runa mountain valley of the Uzhgorod region, who was riding with friends on snowmobiles. They lost their bearings and got lost, dividing into two groups.
