The Czech Republic sent two trains to the border of Poland and Ukraine for refugees fleeing the military conflict, said Wanda Raynokhova, spokeswoman for the state enterprise Czech Railways, TASS reports.

As the leader specified, we are talking about two trains in the Polish city of Przemysl on the border with Ukraine, which will go for refugees. “On Saturday, February 25, at about 08:30 (10:30 Moscow time), these trains should leave. They will be followed by 1.4 thousand refugees,” Raynokhova said. Ukrainians will be delivered to Prague.

Earlier it was reported that if the situation in Ukraine deteriorates, from 20,000 to more than a million refugees could arrive in the EU.

On Thursday, February 24, Russia launched a military operation to protect Donbass. Prior to this, the Lugansk and Donetsk People's Republics complained to Russian President Vladimir Putin about living conditions.
