In Moscow, the court arrested the deputy head of the nuclear safety department of Rostechnadzor in the case of a bribe

The Moscow Khamovnichesky Court arrested Andrei Lavrinovich, deputy head of the department for regulating the safety of nuclear fuel cycle facilities, nuclear power plants of ships and radiation hazardous facilities of Rostekhnadzor, and Kirill Nevolin, the chief specialist of this department, in a bribery case. On Monday, December 27, TASS reports.

They are accused of two episodes of receiving bribes on a large scale. During the investigation, Lavrinovich and Nevolin will be in jail. They face up to 12 years in prison.
