19-year-old girl married secretly from her parents 14 days after the start of the relationship

A couple of former lovers from Kentucky, USA, reunited and secretly got married two weeks after the beginning of the relationship. Their story is published by the Daily Mirror.
Clara, 19, and her husband, Trey Bell, 20, met in 2018. Feelings arose between the young people, and they became a couple. However, the relationship did not last long, and soon the Americans dispersed – due to their studies, Clara and Trey left for different states and lost contact. According to the girl, she felt that she met the right person at the wrong time.
Three years later, old acquaintances began to correspond and realized that they still have feelings for each other. Two weeks after the reunion, they decided to take a trip to Florida. As soon as the couple reached their destination, Trey proposed to Clara to marry him. The girl agreed, and the lovers began preparations for the wedding.
The celebration took place on the beach in the presence of a priest and a photographer. Clara admitted that the idea of getting married seemed crazy to her, but she realized that she loved Trey and was ready for marriage. “I didn’t think that we would get married in two weeks, but I thought that sooner or later it would happen,” the young man said.
The parents of the American woman did not know that she had a partner and that she was married. “I had to not only say that I was married, but also introduce my husband to them, because they did not know him,” she explained. As a result, after recovering from the shock, the parents of the newlyweds accepted the children's choice.
