During a working meeting at the Center for Management of the Republic of Bashkortostan with the participation of the head of the region Radiy Khabirov and General Director of ANO “Dialogue” Alexei Goreslavsky, a number of the best system solutions for working with the population were presented. This is stated in a press release.

Thus, the system for monitoring school meals, introduced by the regional Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Digital Science, was highly appreciated. With her help, parents, through their personal account, track the menu in schools and leave feedback. Almost all schools' websites in the republic have up-to-date menus and photos of dishes, QR codes with information about food suppliers, hotline phones.

“I was especially impressed by the story of the quality of school meals, when the time and format of food delivery in the school canteen became the subject of end-to-end monitoring. The results were not long in coming: if at the beginning of the year the number of complaints about food was 150, now there are five complaints, ”said Aleksey Goreslavsky.

He stressed that the result was a thirtyfold decrease in requests only due to the transparency of processes and digitalization, and promised to “scale this experience.”

Bashkortostan is one of the first regions to start systematic work with feedback on the Internet. The republic's control center opened in November last year. The head of the republic stressed that “life itself is pushing to switch to digital, especially in a pandemic.

Thanks to its successful work, the SDGs of Bashkortostan are in 1st place in terms of the number of messages. If at the beginning of 2021 I recorded about 5,000 requests per month, now their number has tripled. The participants of the meeting designated the development of the network of public institutions of state institutions, as well as the work on building effective interdepartmental interaction to solve the problems of people at the municipal level as zones of growth.

“I think this is the beginning of a great collaboration with our colleagues from Moscow – Dialogue ANO,” said the head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov.

The experience of the SDGs shows that, taken together, the analysis of incoming questions and complaints helps to avoid and prevent their occurrence in the future. This opens up additional opportunities for the authorities, the release notes.

Earlier, the chief physician of the hospital No. 40 in Kommunarka, Denis Protsenko, answered questions about coronavirus and vaccination live at the Center for Management of the Trans-Baikal Territory, dispelling a number of myths. In particular, that the grafting site attracts magnets.

Protsenko also spoke about how the disease is progressing in those who caught the coronavirus in the third wave. According to the doctor, today there are less and less cases when patients lose their sense of smell and taste during infection.
