The living wage for children in the Khabarovsk Territory from January 1, 2022 will be increased by 1.5 thousand rubles. The head of the region, Mikhail Degtyarev, announced this in his Telegram channel.

According to the governor, initially the subsistence minimum was approved at 17,799 rubles.

“However, I decided to raise this amount to 18,586 rubles, taking into account the outrunning price growth,” he wrote, adding that a number of social benefits are also tied to this value.

For these purposes, according to Degtyarev, an additional 200 million rubles will be allocated from the regional budget.

According to the regional government, earlier the size of the subsistence minimum in the Khabarovsk Territory for 2022 was approved in the following values: on average per capita – 16,871 rubles (an increase of 104 percent to the level of 2021); for the able-bodied population – 18 389 rubles (107 percent); for pensioners – 14,509 rubles (109 percent).

Earlier it became known that the Pension Fund of Russia (PFR) in 2022 will expand the measures of social support provided to citizens, including in their list those that are now appointed by the social protection authorities and Rostrud. The conditions for the appointment of measures will not change, and for their registration, as before, you will need to submit an application.
