The British newspaper The Sun in a new article named the exact time and date of the alleged Russian invasion of Ukraine. Now a full-scale operation should begin in the early morning (04:00 Moscow time) on February 16, the article says.

The Sun, which refers to US intelligence information, writes about “200,000 Russian troops” who, after launching a massive missile attack on Ukrainian command posts, will launch a full-scale offensive along the entire border. According to an “anonymous source” of the publication, about 40,000 military will participate in the operation from Belarus, another 30,000 will attack from the self-proclaimed DPR and LPR.

Earlier, US President Joe Biden announced that Russia had set February 16 as the day the “invasion” of Ukraine would begin. This statement was made during negotiations with the leaders of Western countries, the European Union and NATO. It was alleged that Washington had warned the allies that an immediate offensive would be preceded by a “barrage of missile strikes and cyber attacks.”

On February 15, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that “sometimes Putin wonders if the exact time when the war [with Ukraine] will start is published anywhere?” Peskov added that such reports from the Western media are already a “manic informational frenzy” that cannot be treated with understanding.
