The social network “VKontakte” announced that it would share the revenue from advertising with the authors of the video. The company launches the first stage of monetization, where communities from the affiliate program can apply for money.
The VKontakte innovation means that users will be able to receive a percentage of the income from advertising that is shown in their videos. To become a member of the program, you need to fill out a form in the new section “VKontakte monetization”.
So far, communities that publish original videos and participate in the affiliate program can apply. This program allows administrators to generate income from ad views by subscribers. VKontakte noted that monetized videos can be of any genre and on any topic. The main thing is that they do not violate the rules of the social network.
The recommendation system will allow you to make more money on videos.
