The Crimean Wind monitoring group recorded a fire at the Atlas plant of Rosrezerv near Kamensk-Shakhtinsky in the Rostov Region. The fire was reported from satellite images.
Videos of explosions in the Rostov region were also circulated online that night.

This is production base No. 7, Federal State Treasury Enterprise (FGKU), Southern Territorial Administration (STA) of Rosrezerv. Underground storage of petroleum products is used here, the channel noted.

Subsequently, local authorities reported that an air attack was allegedly repelled in the Rostov Region at night. Unknown UAVs were allegedly destroyed in the Millerovsky, Kamensky, Tarasovsky, Bokovsky, and Milyutinsky districts.
Officials also confirmed that the attack on the industrial enterprise in Kamensky District resulted in a fire.
It is worth noting that this is far from the first fire at this plant. Previously, a fire occurred there in November 2024, when the plant was hit by the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
