Artistic director of the Raisa KVN team Stanislav Agafonov spoke about the relationship with the members of the team. In an interview with blogger Andrei Preredein on YouTube, Agafonov admitted that he sometimes prevented his wards from having partners.
According to Agafonov, he had conflicts with the team members, and many of them left the team. “The girls will not let them lie that I have, in fact, ruined their lives for many, because there are a lot of unmarried girls [from the Raisa KVN team] who still cannot find a guy,” the blogger's interlocutor admitted.
The artistic director of the team added that the wards did not manage to acquire partners, as he interfered with this. “For ten years I walked with a broom and constantly drove away some Kaveenschik and all that [from the team members],” Agafonov specified.
In an interview with Predelin, the head of the team also spoke about how women teams are perceived in KVN. According to Agafonov, if such a team begins to outplay its male rivals, questions and claims will arise. “The girls' team is positioned as a decoration of the game, [like women] to dance with at the banquet,” he lamented.
The women's KVN team “Raisa” was created in 2009. In 2012, the team performed at the festival “Voting KiViN”, after which the head of KVN Alexander Maslyakov invited him to the Major League. In the final of the Major League of 2018, the Raissa became the champions of the season. “Raisa” then lost on points, yielding first place to “Vyatka”, however, thanks to the proposal of the chairman of the jury, Konstantin Ernst, they were declared the winners together with “Vyatka”.
