A tank ran over an infantry fighting vehicle during the Metel-2022 exercise in front of Ukrainian President Zelensky
During the military exercises of the Armed Forces of Ukraine “Metel-2022” in the Rivne region of Ukraine, the tank ran over an infantry fighting vehicle (IFV). The footage of the incident was shown by the 1+1 TV channel.
During maneuvers at the training ground, the driver of the armored vehicle did not see a T-64BV tank moving across the way, they collided, and the tank ran a caterpillar on the front of the BMP. Whether anyone was injured in this incident is not known.
According to the office of the President of Ukraine, the exercises were held in front of Volodymyr Zelensky. During the training battle, military units actively used combat aircraft and drones, cannon artillery, multiple launch rocket systems, air defense systems, and anti-tank guided missiles.
